After a couple of years and the retirement of the owners, FLOMAR BAKERY became ROLYS BAKERY same great food and recipes but focused more on been a great place for families and tourist alike all looking for a new flare of the Caribbean or tropical flavors. Again it was time for a change and we the new owners decided to have both ideas wrapped in one and added the looks and the commodity of a more comfortable establishment for our loyal supporters to enjoy as well as the many Tourist coming from the Strip and Hotels. As the new owners and with some expertise in the culinary field with positions held as Executive Chef and other positions in the Food and Beverage industry in Las Vegas our home for more than 16 years we wanted to offer a more diverse menu to our clients, as a family run business we have an energetic commitment to excellence that extends beyond the kitchen you can find us around the restaurant serving you, cleaning and of course eating any of our deserts or tapas. Old recipes and our own recipes are now combined to be the greatest mix yielding the best pasties and cakes in town.
